The dandelion is a perennial plant common in Europe in meadows, fields and roadsides. Yellow flowers visible from May to November. Also called lion's tooth, dandelion is rich in iron, calcium, manganese, vit C and D, fatty acids and even anti-oxidants.

Components: bitter principles (taraxacin), triterpenes, phenolic compounds, flavonoids, phenolic acids, coumarins, choline, mucilages, carotenoids, flavin in flowers, inulin in roots harvested in Europe.
