Lemon balm is very rich in multiple constituents (flavonoids, antioxidants, magnesium, calcium, vitamin A, etc.).

It is traditionally recommended in cases of difficult digestion and digestive spasms. It would also reduce the production of stomach acids which would also help protect the walls of the stomach.

Lemon balm can be combined with peppermint to strengthen its properties in cases of digestive disorders.

What synergy with lemon balm?

For an enhanced effect, lemon balm can be combined with turmeric.
